Easy and delicious bread

This recipe isn’t mine. It belongs to Monika, who lives in Hagen, Germany. I asked her to share the recipe around the world because her bread is delicious, and she gave me her approval. This bread is sweet but not too sweet, any salt at all, fine as a dessert, fits to milk soups (photo #9).

Quick to make pumpkin bread; yield 2 loaves

A delicious way to make some stuffed mushrooms, the combination of prosciutto, wine and all the spices is so tasty, mixed with bread crumbs, stuffed into the mushroom caps. They are great appetizer.

Three words for this recipe ... yum, yum and YUM! Very easy to make and great flavor.

Sharp cheddar cheese, sauteed red onion, black bean and corn make a delicious filling for the quesadillas. Warm the assembled quesadillas in the pan, which melts the cheese nicely and crisp up the tortillas. Salsa is a great side to go along with these cheesy and warm quesadillas.

Dinner rolls are one of the easiest and most delicious breads to make.

Makes 2 yummy loafs!!
