A scrumptious lasagna made with ground beef, ricotta cheese and red pepper flakes.
I made this for our Pesach Seder (Passover Meal) last week, and it came out pretty well :) I've just written this up from memory for a friend who asked, so it might not be 100% accurate! Let me know if you try it and have changes to add :)

Prosciutto wrapped mini-meat loaves served with a fruit chutney and garlic mashed potatoes. Spotted this recipe some time ago on an Australian site (taste.au?), tested, modified and converted it to American measurements and here it is.
When you eat some meat, this recipe can be accompanied the meanwhile! Goes very great!
his is a concentrated, liquid coffee easily found in Ireland, but probably not in the States. I would dissolve 2 T of a good instant coffee in an equivalent amount of water, and use that.
