This recipe came from my mother-in law who loves cooking and cooks amazingly delicious food, this is one of her favorite Leftover Turkey Pot Pie recipe that she wanted to share.

A one-pot classic French farmer style meal. The layers of flavor are built up in one pot, a slow braise and top it off with mashed potatoes that are crisped under the broiler. YumO as Rachel Ray might say.

I think it is a great recipe, I have tried it for several times, and delicious every singe time!
