Taco Salad with Cumin Dressing (Wedman 2) recipe

These wonderful Ruffled Crepes are named for Isabel Holden, the original owner of the circa 1902 Victorian Bed & Breakfast. Served on a plate and garnished with sour cream and baked in muffin tins the lovely ruffled sides are truly an elegant presentation.

One of my favourite Chinese dishes, because my Chinese friend likes it so much, which is definitely a good sign. Lots of textures and tastes delicious. I sometimes use leftover rice instead of noodles to make a fried rice. Yum.

This simple dish has such a compelling taste, you'll never have leftovers.
