Made this rice bread a few days ago, and it was quite good. I was surprised that it wasn't dense, and it had great flavour and texture. Will make this bread for my sister when she comes over next time who eats gluten-free food, I think she will like it!

A curried Bechamel sauce works very well as a topping for many steamed or cooked vegetables.
