Spaghetti-sauce/15 recipes

Crabmeat stuffed ravioli served with a sauce béchamel. Takes time to make but well worth the effort to impress our just tread yourself!

Beef slices are stir-fried with onions, celeries and mushrooms in a soy-wine sauce. Quick, easy and flavorful. Serve it with a bowl of rice or steamed buns to complete the meal.

This is from Trader Vic's restaurants. We no longer have one here, unfortunately. I first had this back in the 70's. Don't leave out the A-1 (it makes a difference) and DON'T sweeten the whipped cream!
