Liked it a lot. It had all the Chinese flavours that we were looking for. I used boneless-skinliess chicken thighs instead of breasts, because that was what I had on hand at the moment. I'm sure the chicken breasts would be as tasty.

I had this Greek pastry for the first time in a restaurant and I was not overly thrilled with it. So when I ran across this recipe and saw how easy is was to make I decided to try it. I liked my version much better, which will no doubt cause an uproar. So to anyone who has tried this dessert I want you to make this one and let me know if you like it, maybe it tastes nothing like it is suppose to.

This was THE BEST EVER! So moist and so much flavor with just the right amount of 'kick' to it. I loved loved LOVED this and so did my guest! This gets more than 5 stars! and a double blue ribbon! :)
I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.
