I was reading New York Times the other day, and a Greek Salad English Muffin recipe with picture captured my attention. Then I made this Greek salad-one of my favorites, instead of English muffins, I used homemade whole wheat burger bun. So here my sandwich is stuffed with Greek Salad, sounds a good idea, and it tastes amazingly delicious!

Roasting tofu in the oven is a great way to create a very meaty texture. No mushy tofu here and combined with a very flavorful sauce the cubes are almost like cubes of beef.

I have made this recipe for more than ten times, they are always great. I love them all the time!

Cayenne and chocolate make a nice combo in this cookie from Paula Tuchscherer-Jones of Milwaukee; they would provide an interesting complement when plated with more traditional cookies.

I used roasted bell pepper instead of pimento, which worked perfectly well. Roasted bell pepper added delicious smokiness to the coleslaw, and it was very easy to put together. Refreshing and quite tasty.
