A delicious side dish made with white beans, tuna and chopped tomatoes.

I wanted to share a recipe which I have been making this winter for my family. It is a good cold weather dish. It makes enough for a crowd my family (2 adults and 3 teens) only eat about half. This can be made ahead and chilled until ready to use.

This is the easiest way I know to cook tender and delicate salmon. It's especially good prepared with fresh dillQbut if you prefer chives or basil, it's still a delightful dish.

This is a fairly close approximation to what a parmigiana dish should be like.
