I'm so glad that I encountered this recipe. My kids and I love Mrs Fields Chocolate Raisin Cookies. Now I can just make my own with my kids together. It will be so much fun :)

A Texas sized make-ahead breakfast casserole to feed a group or large family. Perfect for any Sunday morning. Prepare the night before and simply throw it in the oven the next morning. There are endless possibilities as well, you can use any leftover cooked meat, add green or red sweet peppers and/or Jalapeno peppers for a Tex-mex twist.

I have been trying to cut down the amount of fat in my diet recently, and these applesauce raisin cookies were perfect. The cookies tasted delicious. Replacing butter with applesauce not only cut down the amount of calorie and fat, but it also added extra nutrients. These cookies have become one of my go-to snacks. Thanks for the recipe!

The cookies have the nice flavor from Irish cream, also they are so buttery, and the chocolate chips definitely give the extra bites into the cookies.
