Chili Taco Salad recipe

This Asian-inspired cabbage noodle salad recipe is addictive. The cabbage and noodles are tossed in a magical sweet, salty, sour salad dressing.

This was very good. I had a 26 ounce jar of salsa and used almost all of it. I used the last 6-8 ounces at the end right before I served it.

No flag day or 4th of July celebration would be complete without a potato salad. This version is lighter and healthier that the tradition mayonaise only version but every bit as tasty. It's best made the day before. A great make-ahead classic side-dish so you can enjoy the day more.
