Delicious stir-fry chicken with varieties of vegetables. Serve over a bed of rice to make a complete meal.
Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!
An easy no-fuss curry chicken but without the fat of a traditional curry chicken. Pop this in the slow cooker or crockpot and serve with some rice.
This family favorite is simple to make by following a few simple steps. The sauce consists 1/3 cup of wine, but it's cooked well enough to get the flavor, but not over-powering. Chicken is browned nicely adding a crispy texture.

These sandwiches were amazing. The chicken was juicy, tender and so yummy. The sautéed red bell pepper and onion worked deliciously well with the sweet-sour succulent chicken. Need to make these sandwiches again, maybe tomorrow :D

Used snow peas, mushrooms and red peppers for the veggies, and didn't add any cashews. It still came out delicious.
So quick and easy to put together, and it tastes delicious with a good amount of flavorful sauce that's perfect with a bed of rice. Don't have Chinese cabbage? Use bok choy or other similar leafy greens, or even broccoli instead.
Lots of flavor, and the recipe is easy to follow. My family loves this dish. Will be making it again for sure.
