Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

½ cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter

Directions

Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 350 to 400℉ (200℃).

Melt butter in cast iron skillet.

Remove from burner pour batter into skillet, place in oven and bake for 30 min. or until top is golden brown.
