Ingredients

1 pound ground lamb
1 pound ground veal

1 pound ground pork
1 large yellow onion
peeled, grated
3 cloves garlic
crushed, peeled
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons black pepper
freshly ground
1 x salt
to taste

1 pinch nutmeg
freshly grated
*
1 x olive oil
for basting

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, thoroughly and roll the mixture into little inchcigars inch about 1x3inches.

Rub lightly with olive oil and grill or broil until done.

These are great on the barbecue.
