Mix together in a medium bowl
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Beat in
2 cups milk
low-fat
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Stir in
1 cup blueberries

Directions

Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on with tablespoon.

Make 12 pancakes.
