My slightly sweet version of a classic.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise
reduced calorie or regular
cup sour cream
fat free or regular
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 dash lemon juice
fresh

1 ½ cups Granny Smith apples
peeled, cored and diced

1 cup grapes, seedless
red or green seedless, cut in half
¾ cup celery
sliced
½ cup walnuts
coarsley chopped
kosher salt
to taste

black pepper
ground, to taste

4 large lettuce leaves

Directions

With a wire whisk, combine well the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice. Add diced apples; mix well to prevent the apples from discoloring. Add grapes, celery and grapes; season to taste. Chill well before serving on lettuce leaves.
