This melting heart brownie pizza was a killer. Made it a few days ago, and gave away several slices to our neighbours. They all raved about how delicious this brownie pizza was. I did a few changes, first I used whole wheat flour; second I used 1/4 cup applesauce, 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup butter instead of 3/4 cup of butter; third I used 1 1/2 cups sugar instead of 2 cups. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly, and it was a seriously delicious brownie pizza. Chocolatly, moist and well balanced sweetness. I decorated the pizza with strawberries and a few grapes, you can use your imagination to do whatever you like. Make this super brownie pizza for your loved one at Valentines' Day, hmmm...
