Two Onions, Pineapple and Olive Flatbread
Quick-easy to make, and it tastes delicious. This is a dairy-free flatbread, garlic-infused olive oil is brushed over the bread dough and topped with onions, bell peppers, olives and pineapples that are being seasoned.

sliced or chopped, oil-packed and partially drained |

sliced, or cremini |

slice into 1/4-inch thick |

red onion
thinly slcied |

yellow onion
thinly sliced |

pineapple
cut into small chunks |

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 F degree.
Roll the pizza dough or bread dough into a 12-inch circle.
Place the dough onto a pizza pan that's sprinkled with cornmeal.
In a bowl, mix together all the topping ingredients.
Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss until evenly coated.
Brush the garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the dough.
Place the topping ingredients on top, and spread to cover the dough evenly.
Bake until the shell is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
