Directions
Chop green tomatoes.
Add salt. Allow to stand overnight. Drain. Chop ripe tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
Add to green tomatoes. Add vinegar and sugar.
Heat to boiling. Simmer ½ hour, stirring frequently.
