Super easy way to make a delicious carrot cake. Frost it with a butter-cream cheese frosting to add extra layer of deliciousness. If not, the cake is yummy enough on its own.

Directions

Combine ingredients together.

Stir to make a batter, pour into a13 by 9-inch baking pan that’s well greased and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Let cool.

Frost with a butter-cream cheese frosting if desired.
