Directions

Sift all dry ingredients together.

Slightly beat egg and stir in milk.

Pour into dry ingredients and stir to mix well.

Pour into tall glass for dipping.

Insert sticks into weiners and dip in batter one at a time.

Deep fry until golden brown at 375℉ (190℃).
