Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Wash and scrub potatoes, leaving the skins on.

Cut the into sticks and set aside.

Mix together spices and oil.

Add potato sticks to mixture and coat well.

Lay onto a cookie sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Stir them half way through cooking.
