Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat sesame seeds over medium brown.

Remove seeds from pan to a small bowl and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey and garlic; cook 2 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring constantly.

Add broccoli, green onion, chicken broth, soy sauce, and pepper flakes, if using.

Cook 3 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring often.

Meanwhile, arrange lettuce on a serving platter or divide Top with the turkey mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately
