Directions
Melt butter, stir in flour.
Gradually add half-and-half, stir until thickened.
Add parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab, heat three minutes, stir occasionally.
Steam broccoli just until tender.
Toss fettucini and broccoli with sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately.
