Enjoy summer with a bowl of this rich ice cream that doesn't take long to make! Great with fresh fruit or nuts.

Ingredients

3 each peaches
ripe, peeled, sliced
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
cup sugar
superfine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Slice peaches and purée, refrigerate.

Combine milk and cream with sugar.

Whisk 2 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Add peach purée, stirring well. Chill.

Freeze in ice cream freezer featuring pre-chilled cannister.

Makes 4 servings.
