fresh, ripe peaches (enough for 2 cups of sliced peaches)
water

Ingredients

fresh, ripe peaches (enough for 2 cups of sliced peaches)
water

Directions

Skin the peaches in boiling water. Cool in ice water. Peel and cut into slices.

Combine 2 cups sliced peaches and 1 cup water in a blender. Liquefy.

Strain through a sieve. Save the nectar and compost the pulp.
