Ingredients

16 ounces canned salmon
drained and flaked
½ cup bread crumbs
dry
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup onions
chopped
¼ cup celery
chopped
¼ cup green bell peppers
1 eggs
beaten

1 teaspoon salt
cucumbers
sauce

Directions

Combine ingredients except Cucumber sauce, mix lightly.

Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 40 minutes.

Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
