Super equick easy reduced calorie version of Chicken Parmesan for a NuWave or Flavorwave oven. Cooked directly from frozen chicken breasts.

237 ml seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

In a shallow wide bowl add the low-fat Italian salad dressing. Distribute the bread crumbs on a plate.

Dip each chicken breast in the Italian salad dressing, allow excess to drip off and then dip into the bread crumbs.

Place chicken breasts on the liner pan of the NuWave or FlavorWave oven.

Cook on high for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook another 8 minutes on high.

Spoon the pasta sauce over each chicken breast and top with Parmesan and a 2 ounce slice of mozzarella cheese.

Cook another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve.

Goes well with garlic bread and/or some whole-wheat pasta.
