NYC hot dog pushcart vendors use cinnamon in their recipe??? Or pre-made? What's the brand?

Sabrett's makes and sells the onions in sauce and some of the best all beef hotdogs you'll ever eat.
You can buy them on Amazon, it's really good for out of a jar. Just search: Sabrett Onions in Sauce 16 oz

This recipe is perfect! I grew up eating NYC pushcart Sabrett hotdogs & Onion Sauce … my Uncle had a Sabrett hot dog truck for years (40 years before food trucks become cool!) thanks for cracking the code — just can’t find this out of the tristate area.
