Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ⅓ cups rice
2 tablespoons onions
minced
1 pound ground beef, lean
½ teaspoon salt
2 cans tomato sauce

1 each beef bouillon cubes
low sodium

1 cup water
hot
1 teaspoon soy sauce, tamari
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In hot fat in skillet, cook rice with onion and beef until golden brown.

Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer, covered until rice is tender.

Makes 4 servings.
