Mint and Cucumber Raita
This is an awesome Raita (cucumber and yogurt) with the fresh zing of mint which goes well with lamb or to cool off your taste buds with a spicy curry or any other hot and spicy dish.
Ingredients

peeled sliced or diced |

lime juice

mint leaves
finely minced |

ground |

Directions
Mix yogurt, lime juice, mint, cumin well in a small bowl.
Add cucumber and mix together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, refrigerate to let flavors mingle and/or until ready to serve.
