115.6 ml/g brie cheese
cut into 30 squares

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place phyllo shells on a large baking sheet with parchment papper or baking mat.

Divide apple among the shells.

Whisk eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a large measuring cup.

Pour the egg mixture over the apple (do not overfill the shells).

Arrange a Brie square in each shell.

Bake until the egg is set, the cheese is melted and the phyllo is starting to brown around the edges, 14 to 16 minutes.

Allow to cool a few minutes.

Serve warm.
