2 cups buttermilk

473 ml buttermilk

30 ml sugar

5 ml baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Keep tightly covered in refrigerator.

Take out as needed and knead with a little extra flour.

Roll out and cut with biscuits cutter.

Bake at 450 F for about 20 minutes or until golden and brown.

Note: Raisins, dried cranberries or chocolate chips can be added to batter.
