Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, lean
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 each eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup evaporated milk
skim
1 teaspoon salt
1 x black pepper
to taste

1 large onions
finely minced
4 slices bacon
cooked and crumbled

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large bowl Mix until just combined, place in loaf pan. Cook in a 350℉ (180℃) F oven for about 1 hour
