3 ounces smoked salmon
cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon onions
chopped
1 tablespoon scallions, spring or green onions
tops, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese salmon, lemon juice, and onion 2. Mix well, sprinkle with green onions 3. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
