Directions
In a small bowl put 1 tablespoon of each seasoning and mix for a dry rub for the pork chops. Rub on both sides of pork chops. In a frying pan with enough olive oil to coat the pan, seer the meat, both sides until no longer pink. Take off frying pan and place on plate. Take the same seasonings and repeat making dry rub. Place 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs with the seasonings. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in mixture and stir until pasty. Use the yellow mustard and spread on top of the pork chops. Then take the mixture and pack it down covering the top of the pork chop. Place on glass baking pan with a roasting rack so juices drip into baking pan. Bake in the oven at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 minutes. The pork chops come out really juicy with the crusted topping tastes amazing! Happy Cooking!
