Ingredients

tablespoon corn oil
pound pork stew meat

cup all-purpose flour
small onions
minced
tablespoon paprika
cup water
teaspoon caraway seeds

teaspoon garlic
minced
*
teaspoon salt
*
can mixed vegetables
16 ounces, drained
*
each sweet red bell peppers
diced
large tomatoes
diced
can beef stock
12 ounces

1 x egg noodles
or rice
*

Directions

Dredge meat in flour, then brown pork in hot oil in roasting pan in 400℉ (200℃) oven for 15 minutes.

Add paprika and onion, water, caraway seed, garlic and salt. Cover tightly and bake at 325F until meat is tender.

Add peppers, tomatoes, and stock. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Stir in mixed vegetables. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Serve with wide noodles or rice.
