Homemade Coconut Macaroons
Sweet and tasty.
Preheat oven 150 degrees C.
Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed and electric mixer, about 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and almond essence, beat well.
Mix desiccated coconut.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and serve.
