Hershey's Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe
Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking soda

salt

1 | cup |
butter
softened |
|
¾ | cup |
sugar
granulated |
|
¾ | cup |
brown sugar, light
packed |

1 | teaspoon |
vanilla extract

|
2 | large |
eggs
|
|
12 | ounces |
chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
or dark |
|
1 | cup |
nuts
chopped, optional |
Directions
Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
About 5 dozen cookies.

I been making hersheys choc chip cookies for a very long time. They turned out delicious every time I would not use any other brand but Hershey.

My favorite recipe--crispy on the outside and a little chewy in the middle--they dont spread as much as other recipes I have tried. I like to add a cup of rice krispies to give the cookies a little more of a crunchy chewy texture
