Try this tasty French bread that is made with prepared mustard, garlic and chives.

or margarine

TABLESPOONS ML VEGETABLE OIL
olive or vegetable

EACH EACH GARLIC
clove, minced

TABLESPOONS ML CHIVES

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add oil and garlic; sauté until garlic is tender. Remove from the heat; stir in parmesan, chives and mustard. Cool for 5 minutes or until creamy. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Place with buttered side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 6 to 8 minutes or broil servings.
