A simple and scrumptious casserole dish made out of succulent ham, cheddar cheese and sweet bell peppers.

uncooked

X X VEGETABLE OIL
vegetable or canola *

CUP ML HAM
cubed *

EACH EACH SOUP, CREAM OF CHICKEN
condensed, can *

EACH EACH CORN
whole kernel, 8 oz can, drained *

TABLESPOON ML PIMENTOS
chopped

CUP ML CHEDDAR CHEESE
shredded

CUP ML SWEET RED BELL PEPPERS
green, chopped *

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender (5-6 minutes). Drain and toss with just enough oil to coat (3 tb). Add noodles and remaining ingredients to a greased crockpot and stir to mix. Cover and cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours.

Makes 2 servings or 1½ to 2 quarts.
