Grilled Tarragon Chicken with Mustard Sauce

This recipe impressed me, turned out delicious! The chicken breasts were just perfectly cooked and very succulent, the mustard sauce added the extra yumminess. Will be making it again for sure.

freshly chopped or 3 tablespoons dried

juice, or 3 large lemons

45 ml dijon mustard

75 ml tarragon leaves
freshly chopped or 3 tablespoons dried

juice, or 3 large lemons

Directions

With mallet, pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap.

In small bowl, combine mustard, tarragon and lime juice and mix well with fork.

Brush mustard-tarragon mixture on each chicken cutlet.

Grill chicken until done, about 4 minutes on each side.

Do not overcook.

You have lemons listed in the recipe but do not mention using them in the preparation.

The recipe calls for EITHER Limes or Lemons that is why only one is mentioned..

Just a note on food safety. Your picture seems to show extra sauce on the finished chicken. Since you originally "brushed" the sauce on raw chicken, it was potentially contaminated with pathogens. The extra sauce needs to come to a boil before being used on the cooked chicken.
