Grilled Tarragon Chicken with Mustard Sauce

This recipe impressed me, turned out delicious! The chicken breasts were just perfectly cooked and very succulent, the mustard sauce added the extra yumminess. Will be making it again for sure.

Low in Saturated Fat, Trans-fat Free, Low Carb

6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
5 tablespoons tarragon leaves
freshly chopped or 3 tablespoons dried
5 limes
juice, or 3 large lemons

With mallet, pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap.

In small bowl, combine mustard, tarragon and lime juice and mix well with fork.

Brush mustard-tarragon mixture on each chicken cutlet.

Grill chicken until done, about 4 minutes on each side.

Do not overcook.

You have lemons listed in the recipe but do not mention using them in the preparation.

The recipe calls for EITHER Limes or Lemons that is why only one is mentioned..

Thanks for both of your comments, and I just edited the recipe to make it more clear to read and understand. Happy Cooking :-)

Just a note on food safety. Your picture seems to show extra sauce on the finished chicken. Since you originally "brushed" the sauce on raw chicken, it was potentially contaminated with pathogens. The extra sauce needs to come to a boil before being used on the cooked chicken.
