Ingredients

1 kilogram green tomatoes
1 each lemon
1 cup water
3 cups sugar

Directions

Slice tomatoes and lemon thinly.

Put tomatoes, lemon and sugar into a pot with the water.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Transfer to a warmed sterile jars.
