Florida Cookies
Some best cookies I have ever had, and they were so buttery and orange-y. No wonder it's named Florida cookies :)

Directions
Cream together butter, sugar and orange rind.
Gradually add lightly beaten egg, orange juice, flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
When dough is thoroughly mixed drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 325℉ (160℃). oven for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
