Directions
Wash and cut the fish into even slices.
Dry them on a piece of cloth.
Make a batter with vinegar, salt, pepper and flour.
Rub it on the fish and allow it marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Beat an egg, dip the fish slices in it and roll it on the bread crumbs to get an even coating.
Fry both sides in oil until golden brown.
Can be served hot with potato chips and tomato sauce.
