A scrumptious banana bread that's easy to make and is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dessert!

Ingredients

1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup sugar
2 large eggs
well beaten
¼ cup brown sugar

¾ cup oatmeal
½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ cup milk
2 cups bananas
mashed
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix everything in one bowl and stir it up.

In greased and floured bread pan, bake at 350 dgrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.

This is really better if left to sit overnight before eating, it's almost too moist to eat right away.
