It was indeed very easy to make. I added about ½ cup chopped walnuts to the topping, and the cake came out quite delicious.

Directions

Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

Grease round pan, 9 x 1½ inch.

Prepare Streusel topping; reserve.

Mix all remaining ingredients, beat 30 seconds.

Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm.

For the streusel topping:

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
