TEASPOON ML BAKING POWDER

CUP ML MILK
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML CINNAMON

EACH EACH APPLES
chopped

Directions

Mix dry ingredients.

In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and apples.

Combine with dry ingredients.

Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time into hot 375℉. fat.

Fry until golden brown.

Drain and serve sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar, and/or maple syrup.

Makes 12-15.
