Directions

In saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add onion.

Cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until soft.

Stir in remaining ingredients except ribs; bring to boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, stirring often, 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

Place ribs in single layer in two baking pans.

Bake 1½ hours or until tender.

Drain and discard drippings from pans.

Spread half of the barbeque sauce evenly over the ribs.

Reduce heat to 350℉ (180℃). Bake ribs 15 minutes.

Turn and brush with remaining sauce. Bake 15 minutes.
