Delicious Broccoli Flatbread
Spread with a thin layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce, topped with broccoli florets, olives, mushrooms and a few other veggies. Feel free to add cheddar cheese on top of the sauce before you add the toppings. The cheese-free version tastes delicious as well, without cheese we call it a flatbread.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450℉ (230℃) F.
Roll the pizza dough or bread dough into a 12-inch circle. Place the dough onto a pizza pan that's sprinkled with cornmeal.
In a bowl, toss together all the topping ingredients with 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Place the topping ingredients on top, and spread to cover the dough evenly.
Bake until the shell is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Note:
If you'd like to add some cheese, place the cheese over the sauce before you add the toppings.
